私はサプリをあまり信じておらず、なるべく生の食品から栄養を補給したいと考えています。一日一食も行っているので、できるだけ必要な栄養はしっかりと補給したい。
ただ、普通に果物を切って食べようとすると時間と手間がかかって長続きしません。そこでスムージーの登場です。スムージーであれば手っ取り早く果物を美味しく採る事ができので、とってもオススメできる食事習慣になります。
スムージーを毎日継続するコツ
私が毎日続けている「キウイブルーベリー豆乳スムージー」を参考にスムージーを継続するコツを紹介します。
材料が安い事
毎日続けるためには材料が安い事が重要となります。何が高いと感じるかは人それぞれですが、できるだけ安いものを選びましょう。
私の場合はキウイ1個（1個50～80円）、冷凍ブルーベリー50g（約70円）、豆乳120g（約25円）で合計150円～200円くらいです。
簡単な事
作り方が面倒だと長続きしません。できるだけ洗い物と出さない作り方を探してみてください。
私の場合は、キウイは皮をむかずにヘタだけを取り、まな板を使わずに切ります。冷凍ブルーベリーと豆乳は必要な分量を量るだけです。とっても簡単。
ハンドブレンダーを使う事で、ミキサーほど洗い物の面倒さは発生しません。
美味しい事
これ重要です。私の場合は美味しさの優先順位を上げ、野菜を入れるのはやめました。キウイとブルーベリーと豆乳だけなので、砂糖やハチミツをいれなくてもとっても甘くて美味しいです。
毎日続ける理由が腹落ちしている事
これも重要ですね。これを続ける事で、体にどのような良いことがあるのかをしっかりと理解する事が重要です。
私の場合は、安くて美味しい材料をダイエット・健康・アンチエイジングの観点で徹底的に探してキウイ・冷凍ブルーベリー・豆乳に落ち着きました。
キウイブルーベリー豆乳スムージーの作り方
材料
キウイ1個、冷凍ブルーベリー50g、豆乳120g。
作り方
①キウイを洗って、ヘタを切り、4等分にして、ハンドブレンダーの容器に入れます。（皮にポリフェノールが多いと聞いたので、私は皮を残します。）
②冷凍ブルーベリーを50g量り、ハンドブレンダーの容器に入れます。
③豆乳を120g量り、ハンドブレンダーの容器に入れます。
④ハンドブレンダーで細かく刻みます！
⑤完成！
キウイとブルーベリーの甘味で、豆乳のクセは全く感じません。
冷凍ブルーベリーが入っているので、冷たくて美味しい！
キウイの皮ごと刻んでいますが、しっかりとブレンダーで細かくする事で、まったく違和感を感じる事がありません。

スムージーを継続するためには、安い・簡単・美味しい・続ける理由が腹落ちしている事が非常に重要です。
