とんかつ百名店にも選出された蒲田の超人気食堂
蒲田ひとり飯、今回はとんかつ激戦区蒲田の3大とんかつ店「まるやま食堂」のかつ丼を食べてきました！
まるやま食堂はとんかつ百名店2021にも選出されたとんかつの超人気店です。
蒲田3大とんかつ店といえば「丸一」「檍」「まるやま食堂」。「丸一」と「檍」は食べた事があるのですが、「まるやま食堂」はなぜか訪れる機会がありませんでした。今回満を持して初挑戦です！
場所は蒲田駅東口から徒歩2分。
すぐ近くには「らーめん 飛粋」「らーめん 大」と人気店がひしめき合っています。蒲田は本当に食事するのに困りません。
平日13時過ぎで並び2名でした。
並んでいる間にメニューを確認できます。今日注文するのは「かつ丼」に決めていますが、気になるメニューが沢山あります！
特に「あじ」が気になりますねー。生あじをさばいてあげたフワフワのあじ。美味そう！！自家製タルタルソースとあじフライにめちゃめちゃ惹かれましたが、今日は「かつ丼」で勝負です！
あとはしょうが焼に力を入れていますね。
- ロースしょうが焼
- バラしょうが焼
- カタロースしょうが焼
- リブロースしょうが焼
しょうが焼だけで4種類という力の入れようから美味しい事は間違いなさそう。あじフライとしょうが焼を食べるためにリピート確定です。
注文
外に並んでいると、中のおばちゃんが注文を聞いてくれました。
「かつ丼」と伝えておとなしくKindle Unlimitedで読書しながら待ちます。待ち時間にはKindle Unlimitedによる読書がおすすめです！空き時間は読書で有効活用しないともったいない！
約10分ほど待っていざ入店です。
着席
店員さんに案内されて着席します。卓上には蒲田とんかつ店おなじみの「ヒマラヤ岩塩」、一味唐辛子、醤油、ソース。
今日はかつ丼なので、お世話になるのは一味唐辛子くらいです。
中は結構清潔で、店員さんは全員明るくて非常に良い雰囲気の店内です！大事ですよね。
壁には「名物とん汁」の貼り紙。定食だったら+200円で変更可能かー…次回は絶対とん汁変更しよう！
実食
サラダ、味噌汁、かつ丼到着！
かつ丼
かつ丼というか「かつ重」です！重箱に入って登場とは、恐れ入りました。しかも重箱からはみ出しています！たまらん！三つ葉の鮮やかで食欲をそそる。
もうこのボリュームと見た目、やば過ぎです。見た瞬間に今まで生きてきた中で一番最高のかつ丼になる事は間違いないと分かりました。半熟卵をまとったとんかつがキラキラ光って神々しい。
続いてかつのアップ！卵とじのジューシーさがたまらん！こんなに美味しそうなかつ丼に出会えるなんて、なんて幸せなんでしょう。
さらに断面のアップ！黄身が流れて悪魔的なビジュアルです！林SPFの脂身は最高に甘いので、かつ丼として食べたらどうなってしまうのでしょう？もう食べる前からやば過ぎです！！！
それでは「かつ丼」を実食です。
美味い、美味すぎるー！！！！とんかつの歯応えがしっかりあって最高に美味い！とんかつ百名店れべるのとんかつを「かつ丼」にするとこんなに美味しいのね。幸せです。
衣がサクっとしている部分と出汁でジュワっとした部分が交互に楽しめます。そしてやっぱり林SPFの脂身が甘い！最高のエンターテイメントっす。
出汁が多めでご飯に染み染み。ご飯の硬さもバッチリ。思い出しただけで涎がでてきます。
後半戦は一味をかけて味変しましたが、これがまた最高！出汁の甘さと一味のピリっとした辛味が絶妙なコントラストとなって箸が止まりません。
これがとんかつ百名店が作る「かつ丼」。1,500円するので「かつ丼」としては割高ですが、まったく後悔しません、絶対にリピートします。
味噌汁（しじみ）
しじみ味噌汁が付いてきました。普通に出汁が出ていて美味しかったです。
サラダ
サラダも冷えてて新鮮さが感じられて美味しかったです。超人気店はどこも仕事が丁寧ですね。そこは間違いないです。
まとめ
「まるやま食堂」、イメージしていたよりも数段レベルの高いお店でした。店内は清潔で店員さんの雰囲気も良いし、今まで利用していなかったのを本気で後悔しました。
かつ丼リピートはもちろんですが、しょうが焼にあじフライと他にも食べたいメニューが沢山あるので、今後が楽しみで仕方ありません。
