新潟燕三条系の特製味噌らーめん
蒲田ひとり飯、今回は新潟燕三条系らーめんの人気店「らーめん 潤」の特製味噌らーめん（1,200円）を食べてきました！
蒲田で評価の高いラーメン屋さん。2005年6月にオープンしたようなので、もう17年もこの蒲田で営業しています。以前は看板メニューの「中華そば」を食べたのですが、その時に次回来た時は絶対食べようと心に決めたメニュー「特製味噌らーめん」があった事を思い出したので再訪です。
新潟ラーメンとは、背脂をスープ一面にはった煮干しスープにボリュームたっぷりの極太麺があわさったもの。新潟の燕三条エリアでよくみられるスタイル。コシのある麺が大好きなので、味噌らーめんと合わさった時の事を考えると期待が高まります。

蒲田の味噌らーめんといえば「蓮」もおすすめです。
場所は蒲田駅東口から徒歩3分。
向かいには、蒲田で有名なラーメン屋「麺匠 呉屋」があります。こちらもいつかは訪れたいお店の一つなのですが、今回は夜遅くだったので既に閉店済み。うーん、残念。
「らーめん 潤」には22:15頃到着して並び無し。先客は3名ほどでした。遅くまでやっているお店は助かりますね～。夜遅くまでありがとうございます。
入口付近には特製味噌らーめんの説明が貼ってありました。
特製味噌らーめん
味噌は新潟燕三条から直送した旨味たっぷりの濃厚味噌を使用。当店名物の背脂を浮かべた濃厚味噌らーめんは当店の隠れた人気メニューです。

一度食べたらやみつきになります。
新潟燕三条直送の濃厚味噌に背脂、めちゃくちゃ美味そう！
それでは早速入店します。
着席・注文
入口左手にある券売機でメニューを選びます。タッチパネルの立派な券売機。「特製味噌らーめん」（1,200円）を選びます。たっけー！！！特にトッピング追加無し・麺通常盛りで1,200円とは、かなり強気の値段設定。それだけ自信があるのでしょう。
券売機でこだわり設定「背脂の量」を選択できます。中華そばの時は、「麺の硬さ」「玉葱の量」も設定できたのですが、味噌らーめんだと麺の硬さを指定できない理由がよくわからん。麺は硬めがいいんだけど、選択できないんじゃしょうがないので、デフォルトで勝負です！
食券を買ったらカウンター内の店員さんに席へ案内されます。席に着いたらカウンターに食券を置いて料理がくるまで待ちましょう。
新潟燕三条系ラーメンのカレーまぜそば？ちょっと気になるぞ。とにかく「らーめん 潤」は麺が極太・コシもあって大好きなので、まぜそばにはピッタリだと思うんですよね。次回はチャレンジしてみたいと思います。（ちなみにこの日は22時でも売り切れていませんでした。）
卓上調味料は以下のとおり。
- おろしニンニク：大油・鬼油にオススメ！
- 柚子コショウ：風味が強いので少しずつお試しを
- 白こしょう：小油・標準に。店長オススメ！
- 黒こしょう：大油・鬼油に。味がキリっと締まります
- 一味唐辛子：温野菜トッピングや味噌らーめんにオススメ
- 麺タレ：濃い味好みな方に。レンゲ一杯程度が目安です
背脂のお好み調整は以下のとおり。
- 小油：背脂少なめでご提供します。
- 標準：スープ一面に背脂が拡がります
- 中油：標準の１．５倍。ちょっと背伸びしたいあなたに！
- 大油：標準の約２倍。アブラ好きにおすすめ！！
- 鬼油：標準のなんと約４倍。背脂を愛してやまない方に！！！
せっかくなので中油にしても良かったかもです。鬼油は恐ろしすぎて手が出せないですね…。
実食
特製味噌らーめんが到着！
おーう、どんぶりがでかい！そしてもやしの量も想像以上で美味そう！！！
麺が全く見えない(笑)ボリュームは二郎系のそれに近いぞ！
スープ
まずはレンゲでスープを一口。濃厚！！！熱々！煮干しの出汁と背脂のコクも相まって美味しい！これが燕三条直送の濃厚味噌ですね。確かにこれは美味しい。やみつきになりそうです。
具材を食べきると背脂が結構入っている事の確認ができます。具材と一緒に背脂を食べた後でこれだけ残っているという事は、背脂：「標準」であってもかなりの量が投入されていそう。次回は中油にしてジャンキーさをレベルアップしたいと思います。
野菜（炒めもやし＋キャベツ＋人参）
しっかりと炒められたもやし！
これ、めちゃくちゃ美味いです！しっかりと炒められていますが、シャキシャキ感もしっかり残っていて食感も最高。背脂とスープと食べると至高の味。かなりの量がありますが、箸がとまりません！このもやしはマジで美味いぞ！
二郎系並に盛られていますが、ぺろりと食べられます。オススメ！てかこの時点で特製味噌らーめんのリピートはほぼ確定です。
人参とキャベツも美味しいよ。
コーン
味噌らーめんといえば「コーン」！切っても切れない関係。食べてる最中に軽い甘さのアクセントがやみつきになります。
麺
極太縮れ麺！！！
「潤」といえばこの割りばしと同じくらいの太さがある極太縮れ麺です！コシが凄い！やっぱこれでしょ！！この存在感・迫力・食べ応え、とんでもない化け物です。これをスープと一緒にすすります。・・・うめー－っ！！！うまいうまい！この味噌らーめんめちゃくちゃ美味いです！
濃厚な味噌スープと甘い背脂が縮れ麵にしっかりと絡んで、全てが一斉に口の中へなだれ込んできます！これでうまくない訳が無い！
箸が止まりませんが、麺も全く無くなりません！これどうなってるんだ？なんだか丼が深い。プールだったら子供が恐怖を覚える深さ！圧倒的なボリュームで二郎系とも戦えるポテンシャルを秘めています。さすが1,200円するだけはありますな。
野菜と麺の量が凄いので、途中でニンニクを投入して味変！
ジャンキーさが増してこれまた美味い！
この煮干出汁と極太縮れ麵があれば、味噌らーめんもここまで美味しくなるんですね。限定メニューのカレーまぜそばへ期待が更に跳ね上がりました。
余裕で完食です。
まとめ
「らーめん 潤」の特製味噌らーめん、はっきり言って個人的には定番メニューの中華そばの２万倍美味しかったです。新潟燕三条系は煮干しラーメンが有名なので味噌らーめんはどうなんだろう？と若干の不安がありましたが、そんなものは杞憂でした。蒲田だと味噌らーめんは「蓮」も有名ですが、私は断然「らーめん 潤」の特製味噌らーめん派ですね。
ちょっと高いですが、がっつり味噌らーめんを味わい尽くしたい方には大変オススメできる料理だと思います！
次回はカレーまぜそばにチャレンジしてみたいと思います。
