「千里眼」系列の二郎インスパイア系ラーメンが食べられるお店
蒲田ひとり飯、今回は最近増えてきた二郎インスパイア系「ラーメン 鷹の目 蒲田店」を食べてきました。
Youtubeで「千里眼」を見て、「蒲田にもないかなー？」と検索したところ「鷹の目」がヒット。なんでも二郎インスパイア系の超有名店「千里眼」の姉妹店との事です。
昔は二郎って苦手だったんですが、10年ぐらい前におなじく二郎インスパイア系の「ラーメン 大 中野店」を食べたら思いのほか美味しくて無事克服。それ以来大好きなカテゴリーの一つになりました。
最近「ラーメン 大 蒲田店」も食べてきましたが、とっても美味しかったです。
場所は蒲田駅から徒歩3分。蒲田は駅周辺にラーメン屋が多いですね。まさにラーメン激戦区。ここで生き残っているラーメン屋は信頼がおけます。
夜の9時頃だったからなのか並びはゼロ。早速入店します。
※自宅で二郎系ラーメンを食べたい場合は、便利なお取り寄せもあります。
注文
入ってすぐ左手にある券売機でメニューを決めます。
初めてのお店なので、ラーメン(小)300gにしました。まぜそばが有名らしいのですが、まずは基本メニューのラーメンでいきます。
店員さんから空いた席に案内されたら着席し、カウンターに食券を置きます。ちょっと店員さんから威圧感を感じたかな・・・ お店の雰囲気としては若干苦手な感じ。
着席すると目の前に無料トッピングの注文方法が記載されています。麺が上がったタイミングでお店の方から無料トッピングをどうするか声がかかるようです。鷹のイラストが可愛い。
ラーメンで選べるトッピングは以下のとおり。
- 野菜マシ
- ニンニク
- アブラ
- 辛揚げ
辛揚げは姉妹店の「千里眼」でも提供されているようです。ニンニク・アブラ・辛揚げをコールしました。野菜をマシにしてしまうと完食できない情けない男なのです。
汁なし系であればガリマヨ（ガーリックマヨネーズ）もトッピング可能です。ガーリックマヨネーズって最高の組み合わせですね。
実食
ラーメン(小)300g、無料トッピング：ニンニク・アブラ・辛揚げ が着丼！はい、見た目がいい感じです。
麺
麺は平打ちの太麺です。モチモチしていて食べ応えがあります。
ニンニク、野菜、辛揚げと色んなトッピングのおかげで飽きずに食べ進める事ができます。
スープ
醤油が強めです。アブラをトッピングしているので脂感も強め。とても濃いめな印象です。スープの温度は熱々でした。
チャーシュー
豚バラチャーシューは適度な厚みもあって食べ応え十分です。同じ蒲田の「宮郎」よりは小さいですが、これでも十分なサイズ。柔らかくとろっとろ。美味しい！！！
背脂でコーティングされてキラキラしています。たまらん！！
まとめ
ラーメン激戦区の蒲田にはいくつか二郎インスパイア系のお店がありますが、もう一度来たいと思えたお店でした。
次は人気の「まぜそば」を食べてみたいと思います。もちろんガリマヨトッピングで！
