分厚いステーキのような生姜焼きが食べられる蒲田の老舗洋食店
蒲田ひとり飯、今回は生姜焼きで有名な蒲田の老舗洋食店「ぐりる スズコウ」の生姜焼き（ランチ1,900円）を食べてきました！
この店は前から気になっていたものの、少し入りずらい外観と高めの金額設定（生姜焼きランチで1,900円）で二の足を踏んでいました。
ただ、蒲田に住んでる以上「ぐりる スズコウ」に行った事がないモグリとの情報も見つけたので、生姜焼き好きとして行くしかないと一大決心。「ぐりる スズコウ」初挑戦です！
場所は蒲田駅東口から徒歩1分。駅前の横断歩道を渡ってすし松の右の道に入ってすぐ。
11時45分くらいに到着して並びゼロ。先客が4組ほどでしょうか。
外にはランチメニューが貼りだしてあったのでチェック。生姜焼きとポークソテーのみという強気のメニュー構成。価格もなかなかの高額設定なので、かなり自信があるのでしょう。
いざ入店です。
着席・注文
女将さんに入口付近の席に案内されます。とっても丁寧な接客のお姉さまです。やっぱり接客って大事ですよね。いくら美味しくても接客が悪ければ気持ちが上がりきらない。
席にはメニューと卓上調味料。すでにメニューはチェック済み。生姜焼（1,900円）を店員さんへ伝えます。
周りを見渡すと壁には「東京オリンピック絵地図」。といっても最近の2020ではなくTOKYO1964！
調べてみるとこのお店は1964年創業との事なので、まさに東京オリンピックを跨いで60年近く営業している老舗って事になります。これは期待がいやでも膨らむ。
この地図を見てると羽田が東京国際空港って書いてあるんですよね。調べてみると羽田空港の正式名称らしいですが、この時代はまだ成田空港が無かったようです。歴史のあるお店だなー。
席に座っているとお手拭き・水・サラダが到着。わくわくしながらメインを待ちます。楽しみ！
実食
来ました！これが生姜焼き1,900円！高いぜ！期待が高まります！
生姜焼
このボリューム・分厚さの生姜焼きは初めてみました！生姜焼きというよりもポークジンジャーステーキって感じでしょうか。これは分厚いステーキです。生姜の量も半端なく。食欲を刺激しまくり。
一口食べてみると、美味いっ！こんな生姜焼き初めてです！分厚いですが、とても柔らかくてジューシー。もうナイフを持つ手が止まりません！甘くて濃いめのソースに生姜のパンチがガツンときて、ライスとの相性バッチリ。ライス大盛りが良かった…。
これ、本当に美味しいです。さすが60年近く営業しているだけはあります。
せっかくなら「特大」にした方が良かったかも。1,900円と2,300円なら金額的に2割増しぐらい。少しケチった事を惜しみつつ、さすがに食べもせずに2,300円は払えないと自分を納得させます。
断面はこんな感じ。アブラが甘くて美味しい。
ポテトフライ
ポテトも美味しい！！しっかり揚げられていてサクサクした触感も残しつつ、タレでしっとりもしている。美味いっ！カリッ！ホクッ！ジュワッ！ポテトでライスも進む。完全にライス不足。
ほうれん草
しっとりしていて美味しい。そこに甘いタレとパンチのある生姜でこれまた上手い。もう人気店のあるある「全部美味しい」状態です。人気店って本当にすべてが丁寧なんですよね。自分も見習わなければと思い知らされます。
人参グラッセ
はい、こちらもとっても柔らかくて甘くて美味しいです。ナイフ片手でスイスイ切れていきます。昔はハンバーグとかに添えられている甘い人参が嫌いでしたが、いつからか好きになりましたね。ステーキ系には無くてはならない存在。
サラダ
これもよく冷えてて新鮮で美味しかったなー。メインが来る前に提供されるので、シンプルで美味しいサラダを食べながら生姜焼きを待っていました。
味噌汁
豚肉が入ったお味噌汁。若干甘めで、味噌汁というより軽めの豚汁って感じ。
ライス
最高の炊き加減！美味い！！
これだけの役者陣をまとめるライス、これが中途半端だと全てが台無しになりますが、そんな心配は一切無し！さすがの炊き加減ですべてのおかずを包み込んでくれます。
ライスが美味しい店は本当に信頼がおけます。これでリピート確定です！！！
まとめ
「ぐりる スズコウ」、生姜焼き好きなら絶対に訪れてほしいお店です。1,900円と値段は高いですが、食べてみればわかる納得のメニューです！
女将さんの丁寧な接客で店の雰囲気もよく、味も申し分なし。さすが60年近く営業しているお店です。
またまた大好きなお店が蒲田に増えてしまいました。もうお気に入りが多すぎて何を食べるかいつも迷ってしまう蒲田という町が大好きです！
