蒲田で食べられる二郎インスパイア系の人気店
蒲田ひとり飯、今回は「ニンニク入れますか？」で有名な「らーめん 大 蒲田店」のらーめん並（780円）を食べてきました！
「らーめん 大」は、堀切系と呼ばれる元「ラーメン二郎 堀切店」から始まり、チェーン展開で成功を収めた人気店になります。
中野でよく遊んでいた際は、「らーめん 大 中野店」にずいぶんお世話になりました。初めて食べた「ラーメン二郎 小金井店」で、あまりの量の多さに二郎を嫌いになってから二郎系を遠ざけていたのですが、「らーめん 大 中野店」で恐る恐る野菜少な目でらーめんを食べたところ、無事完食。二郎への苦手意識を和らげてくれた思い出のお店です。
中野店には確か「3回は召し上がってください」と記載があって、「確かに！！」と納得しましたねー。（蒲田店にもあったのかな？気づけませんでした。）
蒲田の二郎系と言えば、「ラーメン 宮郎」もおすすめです。二郎系が苦手な人でも食べやすいと思うので是非！
場所は蒲田駅東口から徒歩2分。少し奥まったところにあるので、看板が目印になります。なかなか雰囲気のある場所で、いかにも蒲田！って感じです。
16時くらいだったので並びはゼロ。先客は1名。この時間帯は空いていて良いです。私は一日一食なので、好きな時間に食事ができます。なので、大体空いてる時間を狙って食事ができるんです！一日一食最高！蒲田最高！
自宅で二郎系ラーメンを食べたい場合は、便利なお取り寄せもあります。
注文
入口左手の券売機で食券を買います。今回はらーめん並を購入。この時代に780円とはなかなかのコストパフォーマンス。
塩らーめんにも惹かれたのですが、何年かぶりの「らーめん 大」はオーソドックスに「ノーマルらーめん」でチャレンジ。
そういえば二郎系のつけ麺って食べた事が無いな。いつかは挑戦してみよう！
食券を買うと、空いてる席を探して座ります。アブラ少なめ・麺硬めをコールしたい場合は、カウンター越しに食券を渡す際に伝えましょう。麺硬めが好きな私は迷わず「麺硬め」をオーダー。
着席
着席すると、目の前の野菜トッピングイメージ図で野菜の量を確認できます。私は普通にします。
無料トッピングは以下のとおり。
- 野菜多め
- にんにく（通常は入ってません。入れたい時にコール）
- 脂多め
- 味濃いめ
店員さんからトッピングについて聞かれたら答えてください。
私は、「にんにく」のみをコール。
卓上には、一味・かえし・白胡椒・黒胡椒があります。
実食
背脂がキラキラしていて良い見た目です！
スープ
まずはスープからいただいてみると、うん、うまい！
熱々で脂の甘味と豚のコクも感じられて非常に美味しいスープです。これならスープも最後まで飲めちゃいそう。
このスープに浸して食べるもやしが大好きなんですよねー。もやしが脂でキラキラしていて食欲をそそります。たまらんぜ！
麺
めちゃめちゃ好きなタイプの麺！脂でキラキラしていて素敵やん。
少しだけウェーブがかかった中細麺。丸山製麺のようです。しっかりとコシと歯応えがあり、小麦の味も感じられて大好き！いいですねー、らーめん大。
速攻で天地返しを決めます！麺をすぐ食べたいのと、もやしをスープに浸す事ができる最強の必殺技。なんといっても名前がカッコいいですよね。天地返し(笑)
チャーシュー
蒲田二郎系では珍しい薄目の豚肉。見た目的に「大丈夫か？」と思いましたが、そんなことは杞憂でした。ほろほろと崩れるタイプとは異なり、噛み応えもあり、まさに肉を食べてる！って感じる事できます。結構好きなタイプかも。美味しかったな～。
蒲田は二郎系だけでも多種多様。奥が深すぎるぜ！鷹の目も要チェックです。
野菜
ほぼもやし。たまにキャベツがいるかな～。
スープに浸してたべると「まいうー！」。これならマシも行けたのでは？と錯覚してしまいそう。（実際マシにすると完食できないヘタレ野郎は私です。）
まとめ
「らーめん 大」は私にとって中野時代の思い出のお店でしたが、ここ蒲田でも期待を裏切らずに美味しくいただく事ができました。
次回は塩らーめんかつけ麺にチャレンジしてみたいです。
なかなか入りずらいところにありますが、店内は非常に清潔で使いやすいお店だと思います。蒲田で二郎インスパイア系が食べたくなったときは、是非利用してみて下さい。
