千葉の二郎インスパイア系超人気店のつけ麺
蒲田ひとり飯、今回は千葉の二郎インスパイア系超人気店であり、らーめん百名店2018にも選出された「ちばから」が蒲田に出店した「ちばから 蒲田店」のつけ麺（醤油）を食べてきました！
前回はミニらーめんを食べたのですが、それがとてつもなく美味しかったので、今回はつけ麺に挑戦！二郎インスパイア系のつけ麺ってどんな味がするのでしょうか？楽しみで仕方ありませんね。「ちばから」と言えば超極太平打ち麺が特徴なので、つけ麺には相性抜群な気がしています。

あと蒲田で訪れた事のない二郎インスパイア系は「豚山」「ラーメンタロー」の2店舗。ただ「ちばから」以外にも「宮郎」「大」という激うまラーメン店があるので、新たな二郎インスパイア系をチャレンジする気になれない…。
場所は蒲田駅西口から徒歩4分。サンライズモール蒲田を抜けた先の右手に見えてきます。隣には生姜焼き専門店「生姜焼き専門店 いかがで生姜？」があります。そちらもおすすめです。
平日の12:30頃に到着して並び無し！ラッキー！！若干雨が降っていたからかもしれません。先客は3名程。
注文・着席
入口入って右手に券売機があるので食券を購入します。今回はつけ麺（醤油）にしました。次回は油そば（醤油）を食べてみたいと思います。二郎インスパイア系のまぜそば・油そばはジャンクで大好きです！
空いている席を探したら、カウンター越しに食券を渡します。その際に先のお好みを聞かれるので、事前に決めておきましょう！

私は「麺かため」。後のお好みは店員さんから料理ができる寸前に聞かれます。「ニンニク」「ネギ」をお願いしました。ネギのトッピングって二郎系では珍しいですよね。ネギは大好きなので、嬉しい！
店内は非常に綺麗ですね～。二郎系とは思えない程清潔感があります。
券売機の隣にお水とレンゲがあります。レンゲは自席に無いので注意です。以前、レンゲを探していたら隣のお客さんに教えてもらいました(笑)
実食
ちばからのつけ麺（醤油）！二郎系なのにつけ麺なところが違和感(笑)
半熟卵
まずは半熟卵から！
レンゲにのせてスープに浸してつるんと一口。うまーい！
濃厚なスープにとろとろな半熟卵が絡まって美味しいです。
麺
極太平打ち麺！めちゃくちゃ好みのタイプ！
こいつをスープに浸して食べると、しっかりと乳化したとろみのあるスープが麺にめちゃくちゃ絡んでうまーい！もちっとしてコシのある最高の食感。
ラーメンもいいけどつけ麺もありです。ただどちらかというとラーメンかな(笑)
スープ
がっつりニンニクがトッピングされたつけ汁。
豚骨のコクが凄い！スープは乳化されてトロトロになった豚骨醤油。ラーメンよりもとろっとろ。ここにコシのある麺を食べると最高に美味しいです。
ちなみにつけ麺でニンニクトッピングすると主張が半端ないです！ラーメンよりも水分が少ないからかめちゃくちゃニンニク感が強くなるので注意したほうがいいかもしれません。私はニンニクが大好きなので全く問題無し！
チャーシュー
相変わらずの大きさ！迫力満点でございます！
濃厚なド乳化スープにつけて食べると、チャーシューにスープが絡んできて美味い！柔らかくてジューシーです。
野菜
正直野菜はつけ麺との相性が悪いと思いました。
二郎系の場合、私はまず天地返しで熱々のスープに野菜を浸して「くたっ」とした野菜を食べるのが大好きです。なので、ちょっと私とは相性が良くありませんでした。まぁそこは個人差があるので、しゃきしゃきの野菜が好きな人には良いと思います。
スープ割り
最後はスープ割りを楽しみます。
つけ麺をオーダーするとスープ割りの入ったポットを提供してくれます。濃厚なスープはそのままだと飲みづらいのでスープ割りで適切な濃度に変えてから楽しみましょう！
スープ割りすると全部飲めちゃいます。良いか悪いかはおいておきましょう。
ちなみに通常であればつけ麺で楽しむ「スープ割り」ですが、ラーメンでつかってもOKです。前回訪問時にラーメンを食べていたのですが、隣のお兄さんが「最後にスープ割りすると、めちゃくちゃ美味いですよ！」と、スープ割りの入ったポットを授けてくださいました。まさに「神」。
まとめ
蒲田にできた新たな二郎インスパイア系ラーメン店「ちばから」、本当にオススメできるお店です。ラーメンだけでなくつけ麺も美味しいです。
次は「油そば」にチャレンジしてみたいと思います。あ、限定の「伝説のww担々麺」もあったっけ(笑)
