びっくりするおいしさに出会える一軒
蒲田ひとり飯、今回は創業40年の老舗ステーキ屋「びっくり亭」のハンバーグステーキ（200g）（980円）を食べてきました。
何度か前を通った事はあったのですが、「びっくり亭」という名前からあまり期待が持てずにスルーしていたお店です。ネットで近くにあるお店を色々と検索していた時に、口コミが良かったので初チャレンジしてみる事にしました。
創業40年という事はそれなりに美味しい事は間違いなさそうです。
場所は蒲田というよりも蓮沼といった方が良いかもしれません。蒲田駅西口からは徒歩7分。蓮沼駅からは徒歩2分。
木でできた外観は良い感じなのですが、なにせ看板がちょっと微妙…。やっぱり口コミが良くなければスルーするだろうなといった感じです。（ごめんなさいm(__)m）
11:30到着で並びゼロ。先客3組。11:30開店とありますが、少し早めにオープンしていたっぽいです。
入口でランチメニューをチェック。最近ハンバーグを食べていなかったので、今回は「ハンバーグステーキランチ 200g」にします。
いざ入店です。
着席・注文
お店に入ると、壁にはびっくり亭を紹介するポスターが貼ってありました。

フレンチ出身の2代目シェフによるびっくりするようなおいしさが味わえるハンバーグを期待します！
店内はイメージしていたものとは大分異なっており、かなり清潔感のあるお店です。これは得点が高いですね。味も期待できそうです。
席に着いたらメニューを渡されますが、すでにメニューは確定済み。バイトだと思われる若いウェイターさんに「ハンバーグステーキランチ 200g」を注文します。
卓上調味料は、白こしょう・黒こしょう・しょうゆ。いたってシンプルです。
しばらくするとランチスープが到着したので、スープを飲みながらハンバーグを待ちます。
キッチンからは「ジュージュー」とステーキやハンバーグを焼く音が聞こえてきて食欲がそそられます。初めてのお店で料理を待つ時って本当にドキドキします。
実食
ハンバーグステーキランチ（200g）が到着！デミグラスソースとハンバーグの香ばしい匂いが食欲を刺激してきます！いざ実食っ！！！
ハンバーグ
デミグラスソースをまとった姿はキラキラしてとっても美味しそう！
平べったくて、そこまで厚みはありませんが結構ボリュームがあります。おそらく300gにすると厚みがでてくるのでしょう。
ナイフを入れるとこんな感じ。粗挽きで肉感が強いです。そこまで肉汁がでてくる感じではないですね。昔ながらのハンバーグといった見た目です。
一口食べてみると、ん？、美味い！
なんだろう、なにかのスパイスなのか、とっても美味しいです。結構多めにかかったデミグラスソースも深みのある味で、ハンバーグとの相性バッチリ！
ポテト
とってもホクホクしていて美味しい！なんだろう、柔らかくてとても美味しかったです。しっかり丁寧に調理されている感じがします。これはリピートありですね。
キャベツ・人参
付け合わせの野菜も丁寧な仕事が感じられます。ハンバーグと言えば人参グラッセ。甘くて美味しかったです！
ライス
ライスも炊き加減がバッチリで美味い！ハンバーグのお供はやっぱりライスですよね。
ライスが柔らかかったりしたときには、もう2度とその店にはいかないと決めているのですが、ここのライスはとっても美味しいです。
スープ
人参と玉葱の入ったコンソメスープ。普通に美味しかったです。
まとめ
外観と店の名前から足が遠のいていた「びっくり亭」。実際来てみるととっても美味しいハンバーグが食べられるお店でした！
口コミって本当に大事ですね。口コミが無ければ一生「びっくり亭」に来ることは無かったんだろうなーと思うと、口コミ文化に感謝です。
気軽にハンバーグやステーキを食べるのにはうってつけのお店だと思うので、是非利用してみて下さい。
