明治17年創業の美食家「池波正太郎」に愛された蕎麦屋
蒲田ひとり飯、今回は少し遠出をして15年以上通い続ける蕎麦屋「神田まつや 本店」の納豆そばを食べてきました。
初めて神田まつやの蕎麦を食べたのは、吉祥寺東急百貨店の中にある「神田まつや 吉祥寺店」でした。その頃は蕎麦に興味なんて全く持っておらず、たまたまランチに入った神田まつや吉祥寺店で食べたせいろがとんでもなく美味しくて衝撃を受けたのを今でも思い出します。
それからは有名な蕎麦屋を巡る事になるのですが、神田まつやはそのきっかけとなった大切なお店。
神田・秋葉原周辺に立ち寄った際は、必ずまつやの納豆そばを食べるようにしています。
おそらくずーっと昔から変わらない店内で食べるお蕎麦は格別です。
アクセスは、以下のとおり。
- JR神田駅 徒歩5分
- JR秋葉原駅 徒歩5～6分
- 地下鉄淡路町駅 徒歩1分
- 小川町駅 徒歩1分
土曜日の昼2時過ぎに到着しましたが、写真のとおり並びが6名程でしたが、10分程度並んでいると、おばちゃんが招きいれてくれます。
ひとりでの入店にもかかわらず4人テーブルを使わせていただき申し訳ない気持ちで着席。ただ蕎麦屋では、ダラダラせずに一気に食べて即退店が信条なので長居はしません。
着席～注文
雰囲気のあるテーブルへ座ってお品書きをチェックしますが、注文する料理はすでに決まっています。大好物の「納豆そば（大盛り）」（1,265円）一択です。
15年前と比べると大分高くなった気がしますが、値段なんて気にせずに食べたいものを食べるのがひとり飯なので、お財布を気にせず大盛りで注文します。
まわりを見渡しても納豆そばを食べている人って少ないんですよね。まつやの納豆そばを食べた事が無い方が是非1回食べてほしいです。

これです！初めて食べた15年以上前から変わらない神田まつや納豆そば！
別アングルからもう1枚。
大粒の納豆に卵黄、ネギ、すりごま、青のり。昔から変わらない本店の納豆そばです。吉祥寺店の納豆そばは、納豆がひきわりだったりします。（豆知識）
つゆは底に溜まっており、一気に混ぜて一口・・・ うまい！！！！
卵黄と納豆を混ぜたツルツル触感で一気に食べきります。蕎麦は若干柔らかいかな～と思いましたが、いつもの感じです。個人的な好みはガッチガチのコシの強い蕎麦が大好きなのですが、神田まつやは思い出補正も入ってなんでもOKなのかもしれません(笑)
一気に食べた後は蕎麦湯を入れてつゆも完食します。そばつゆを入れる際は、量少な目がおすすめです。
うん。最高の一食でした。ご馳走様です。

いつ行っても何も変わらない「神田まつや 本店」。
今後も何も変えずにずーっと残っていて欲しいお店の一つです。
雰囲気も含めて最高のお店の一つだと思うので、行ったことがない方は是非訪問していただけると幸いです。
